These rates encompass distinct fees that the Travel Suppliers receive for their services, alongside applicable taxes and additional charges.. When you make a booking through this website with any Travel Supplier, you give FLYEZ and its associates companies the authority to make reservations on your behalf with the Travel Suppliers for the total price shown, which includes the aforementioned fees, taxes, and charges associated with the services provided by the Travel Supplier or FLYEZ.

FLYEZ cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies found on the website, as we operate as an independent online platform and have no control over fare changes made by the suppliers. Furthermore, we are not liable for any failures of the suppliers from whom you have obtained travel services through this website.

In the event that the end supplier fails to deliver the services after confirming the booking and payment has been made, we are not responsible for providing any refunds. Any refunds will be initiated by the supplier or the relevant insurance, if applicable, or in accordance with the relevant laws.

Additionally, we do not have control over situations where the supplier may fail to provide services due to various adverse circumstances, including extreme weather conditions, government orders, strikes, curfews, or natural disasters. We cannot guarantee the services provided by external suppliers, and we cannot be held responsible for any refunds or losses incurred as a result of using the content, offers, or links to other websites integrated into our platform.

FLYEZ cannot control or make any amendments or changes to fares, flight schedules, accommodations, or equipment once payment has been made and the customer has received confirmation. FLYEZ cannot be held responsible for any cancellations resulting from weather conditions, government orders, strikes, curfews, natural calamities, or other unforeseen circumstances that affect travel bookings made with us. FLYEZ is not liable for providing detailed descriptions of the elements included in the travel products and services offered by our end service providers, including service ratings, offers, discounts, and photographs.

FLYEZ will not be held responsible for any currency conversion or rates that occur after a travel reservation is made with us for international travel products and services. You understand and accept that currency rates can fluctuate, and any prices displayed on the website in local currency are only an estimate and not legal obligations on us or the travel supplier.

We strongly advise against canceling after tickets have been issued and payment has been received by the end service provider, as many tickets are non-refundable and may be subject to cancellation fees. The decision to provide refunds lies solely with the service provider.

The discounts and offers displayed on our website may differ depending on various factors such as the airline, cabin class, travel season , destination, and advance notice given. Please note that FLYEZ does not provide any guarantees or assume responsibility for the services and products offered by other advertisers that are featured on our website.

By making a booking with us, you may enter into a contract with a Travel Supplier. Your booking and purchase of travel-related goods and services may be subject to additional Terms & Conditions. It is important to carefully review the additional Terms & Conditions provided by the Travel Supplier.

Intellectual Property

  • (a) All content on FLYEZ, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FLYEZ or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • (b) You are not allowed to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from FLYEZ without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

(a) FLYEZ is provided on an "as is" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied. (b) FLYEZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our platform or services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

FLYEZ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our website after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Booking Requirements

  • To secure your booking, a valid phone number and email address are required.
  • Most airline tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-cancellable.
  • In limited instances, an airline may allow a ticket to be changed for a fee, plus the increased cost of the new ticket.
  • All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • At least one adult must accompany children below the age of 18 yrs. Children 12 yrs & above are considered adults for pricing purposes.
  • All tickets are subject to specific rules and regulations imposed by the individual airlines, which are subject to change at any time.
  • Reservations are not ticketed or confirmed until the airline has issued a ticket number.
  • A confirming e-mail will be sent to the customer's e-mail address specified, indicating that a ticket has been issued. If no confirmation e-mail is received, contact Customer Service.
  • Name changes are not permitted once the reservation has been confirmed.
  • Once a ticket is issued, it may not be reassigned to a different passenger or airline.
  • Up to 72 hours are required to process all airline tickets.
  • Fares are subject to change and are not guaranteed until the purchase is confirmed by the airline and a ticket number is issued.

Visa Guidelines

Please carry a valid visa for the country you will be visiting or transiting through. Please check with the concerned airline and embassy for concerned Visa requirements

TAXES, CHARGES, AND FEES

The charges that appear on your credit card statement may be in the name of the airline, one of their service providers, or one of our consolidators. To cover various expenses such as procurement, fulfillment, quality control, and servicing of the flight ticket, a processing fee of up to $30.00 USD may be charged for each ticket. All applicable fees are included in the Total Trip Cost provided during the booking process.

Please note that all fare adjustments and processing fees are non-refundable and will be charged separately by Fantations LLC, appearing as a separate charge on your credit card statement. The customer agrees to pay the Total Trip Cost as indicated on the final booking page. If paper tickets are requested by the customer or required by the airline, shipping charges may be added.

Charges on your credit card statement may be itemized for each customer by the airline. In the case of booking tickets by phone, a non-refundable per ticket charge of up to $50.00 USD may be added by Fantations LLC.

However, there are some exceptions to the Service Fees policy. For First and Business class airline tickets, a service fee of up to $150 USD per ticket may be added to all types of passenger tickets. Additionally, for flights originating outside of the US or Canada, a service fee of up to $75 USD per ticket may be added to all types of passenger tickets. High-risk/high-fraud cities may also incur a service fee of up to $100 USD per ticket for all types of passenger tickets.

It's important to note that the service fee charged only covers booking creation, site usage, and assistance provided by our phone agents in searching airfares and travel products, if applicable. The service fees are subject to change, and the updated fees may not be immediately reflected. The actual service fee will be included in the Total Trip Cost displayed during the checkout process. As a customer, you have the right to decide whether or not to proceed with the purchase if the final price is not acceptable. Therefore, please carefully review the Total Trip Price before finalizing your booking.

Baggage Policy

Domestic US Airlines Baggage Policy:

Carry-On Baggage: Most domestic US airlines allow passengers to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item. The maximum dimensions for a carry-on bag are typically around 22 inches x 14 inches x 9 inches (56 cm x 35 cm x 23 cm), including handles and wheels. The personal item can be a small backpack, purse, or laptop bag that fits under the seat in front of you.

Checked Baggage: Domestic airlines usually charge a fee for checked baggage, and the policies can vary between airlines. The number of bags allowed, weight limits, and fees may differ. Typically, the standard weight limit for checked baggage is 50 pounds (23 kilograms), but it's best to check with the specific airline for their exact limits and fees.

International Airlines Baggage Policy:

Carry-On Baggage: Most international airlines have similar rules for carry-on baggage as domestic airlines, allowing one carry-on bag and one personal item. However, it's always recommended to check with the specific airline, as some international carriers may have different size and weight restrictions.

Checked Baggage: International airlines usually allow a greater baggage allowance compared to domestic airlines. The number of bags, weight limits, and fees can vary based on the airline, class of service, and destination. Typically, international airlines allow at least one free checked bag, with weight limits ranging from 44-70 pounds (20-32 kilograms). However, it's important to check with the airline to confirm their specific policies.

Additional Considerations:

Oversized or Overweight Bags: Airlines may have additional fees for bags that exceed the standard weight and size limits. If you plan to travel with oversized or overweight bags, make sure to check the airline's policies in advance.

Restricted Items: Both domestic and international airlines have restrictions on carrying certain items in your baggage, such as flammable substances, sharp objects, or certain types of batteries. It's important to review the airline's guidelines to avoid any issues during security checks.

Special Items: If you are traveling with special items such as sports equipment, musical instruments, or fragile items, additional rules and fees may apply. Contact the airline in advance to understand their policies and any required arrangements.

Remember that specific airlines may have their own unique policies, so it's always best to check with the airline directly or review their website for the most up-to-date and accurate information regarding baggage policies.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: SEATS, MEALS, FREQUENT FLYER

We would like to inform you that special requests for seats, meals, frequent flyer benefits, and other services are considered as requests and cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, any fees charged for assisting with these requests are non-refundable. Please note that the airline does not guarantee the allocation of the exact seats you have requested, nor can they guarantee the fulfillment of requests for specific meals or frequent flyer benefits.

Therefore, we recommend contacting the airline directly to verify and confirm these requests before your departure date.

Refund and Cancellations

Airlines

FLYEZ Travel Customer Service may charge a processing fee for all eligible cancellations made on refundable fares. Most airline service fees and tickets are non-refundable. However, vacation protection insurance can be refunded within 10 days of purchase if the travel has not yet begun, and the customer has contacted the airline's customer service to cancel. It's important to note that all cancellations must be made over the phone. To request a refund, certain conditions must be met:

The traveler has applied for cancellation and refund through FLYEZ Travel Customer Service, and the airline's rules allow for such refunds. The traveler must not be classified as a "no show," as most no-show bookings are typically not eligible for refunds. FLYEZ Travel Customer Service secures waivers from the airlines to process the cancellation and refund requests.

For flight ticket refunds, it's challenging to provide an exact timeframe for the refund process. Refund requests are processed in the order they are received. Once a notification is sent to the customer service agent, FLYEZ Travel will send an email acknowledging the request. However, this notification is simply an acknowledgment and does not guarantee an automatic refund. After receiving the request, FLYEZ Travel works with the respective airlines to determine any waived amount based on the airline's rules, and then notifies the customer of the airline's decision.

Please be aware that FLYEZ Travel relies on the airlines or consolidators to process refunds. Once the refund is approved by the airlines, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on the customer's credit card statement. Generally, all airlines impose penalties for refunds. The entire process, from the receipt of the refund request to its reflection in the credit card statement, can take approximately 60-90 days. In addition to the airline's refund penalties, FLYEZ Travel charges a $50 per ticket fee for processing the refund. This fee will only be assessed if the airline authorizes the refund or if a waiver has been received, and when the airline's rules permit such refunds. If the airline does not process the refund, FLYEZ Travel will refund the processing fees charged by them.

Hotels Cancellations

The hotel's Terms & Conditions include specific rules and restrictions that apply to your hotel booking.

Modifications to the hotel properties are generally not permitted, although you may have the option to make changes to the room category in certain cases. If you have any inquiries regarding such changes, please contact FLYEZ.

Please note that for certain hotel properties, once your booking is confirmed, it may not be eligible for a complete refund. We recommend checking the hotel's cancellation and change policy before finalizing any bookings.

During your stay at the hotel, you will be fully responsible for any additional charges incurred, such as charges for internet access, telephone usage, energy surcharges, movie rentals, resort fees, room service, parking fees, and other services requested by you.

Car Rentals Policies

The Car Rental Terms & Conditions state that once a car category has been booked, it cannot be downgraded, meaning that you cannot change from a mid-size car to an economy car, for example. Additionally, if you do not use the car rental or only use it partially, there will be no refunds provided.

Any additional charges incurred during the rental period, such as fuel, fuel plans, personal injury, children's safety seats, optional collision damage or theft protection plans, airport taxes and fees, overtime and drop-off charges, ski racks, GPS devices, or any other optional items, will need to be paid directly by you to the car rental company at the time of car pick-up.

Cancel and Refund

Most airline tickets are typically non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in certain cases, cancellations may be allowed with the issuance of a credit that can be used towards future ticket purchases on FLYEZ flights. It's important to note that fare differences and applicable penalties may apply when using the credit. The expiration date and time constraints of the credit should be discussed in advance with a customer service agent.

If you wish to cancel a booking that allows for cancellation, it must be done prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight by contacting our customer service representative. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the cancellation request.

Upon cancellation, a cancellation fee of $50 per ticket will be charged, and this fee will be retained by FLYEZ. The credit obtained from the cancellation must be utilized within a specified time period; otherwise, the credit amount will be forfeited. When making a new booking using the credit, you will be required to pay any applicable fare differences, airline penalties, and FLYEZ exchange fees. It's important to understand that all changes are subject to the rules and regulations set by the airlines.

Please note that FLYEZ does not provide any representations or guarantees regarding fees or changes. For specific information on refunds, cancellation of bookings, or refund applications, please refer to our Refunds policy. If you are interested in changing flight dates or routes, please read our Change policy for further details.

Exchanges

For itineraries that allow changes, FLYEZ charges a change/exchange fee, along with any applicable fare difference and airline penalties. To determine the total cost of the exchanged ticket, please contact our customer center. Our Ticket Exchange fees (excluding airline penalty fees and fare difference) are as follows:

  • For Domestic Travel with a Departure Date more than 7 days away: up to $100
  • For Domestic Travel with a Departure Date within 7 days: $150
  • For International Travel with a Departure Date more than 7 days away: up to $200
  • For International Travel with a Departure Date within 7 days: $300

We do not provide any additional guarantees regarding our exchange fees, except for the assistance of an agent in locating your new desired flights and making attempts to rebook them based on availability and other factors.

CHARGEBACKS AND CREDIT CARD DISPUTES

The customer acknowledges that by agreeing to the terms and conditions of FLYEZ and Fantations LLC, they will not dispute any processing fee, airline ticket charge, or fare adjustment if both parties have complied with the airline's terms and conditions and the agreement between the customer and FLYEZ.

If the customer has any concerns or questions regarding a charge on their credit card, they are advised to contact Customer Service at (800-521-4263) or send an email to customerservice@FlyEZ.Ai before initiating a dispute with their credit card company.

Should the customer attempt a chargeback on a non-refundable airline ticket, service fee, or fare adjustment that conforms to the terms and conditions outlined by the airline and this agreement, the customer agrees to reimburse the full amount of the chargeback along with a 50% penalty for inconvenience and accounting expenses.

In instances where the customer engages in a fraudulent chargeback, they will be held responsible for legal and collection costs incurred in order to recover potential losses resulting from the customer's actions

Additional Verification

For certain departures outside of the United States and Canada or when using non-US/Canada Credit/Debit Cards, FLYEZ may require a Credit Card authorization form. Additionally, they may ask for a copy of the credit card and identity proof, such as a Driver's License or passport page with a photograph and signature. If the traveler or credit card holder fails to provide the requested documents within 24 hours, FLYEZ reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

TSA PRIVACY POLICY

In order to conduct watch list screening, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) mandates individuals to provide their complete name, date of birth, and gender. This requirement is authorized by 49 U.S.C. section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004, and 49 C.F.R. parts 1540 and 1560. If available, you may also provide your Redress Number. Failure to furnish your full name, date of birth, and gender may result in the denial of transportation or entry into the boarding area. The information you provide may be shared by the TSA with law enforcement agencies, intelligence organizations, or other entities as outlined in its published system of records notice.
